Sam is the hardest working barristers clerk in the country. He's been with Barrister Connect since it's very first days and has dealt with over 24,000 clients in his time. 

He can make just about anyone laugh, even in the most stressful of times. He's innate ability to get to the heart of an issue in record time means you know you're in safe hands with Sam. 

When he's not helping people solve their legal issues, Sam is a trained professional actor, improvisation and comedy teacher.

Rory's been a mainstay of the Barrister Connect team for six years, with a career in the legal industry spanning more than twice that. 

He sees the positive impact of the help and support we can offer people in tricky times each and every day at work. And that, alongside nurturing the in house team and getting to know the incredible histories of our barristers, is what gets Rory out of bed in the morning. 

He's a family man with a penchant for songwriting, cooking Sichuan food and an unexpected mid-life obsession with paleoanthropology.

Six years ago Stassi joined the team at Barrister Connect after a solid career in customer service. She's a studious human, currently studying and always keen to learn and develop her skills. 

Being able to connect with clients and help them in their time of need is what Stassi loves most about this job, especially when family matters are at hand. 

When she's not on the clock, you might catch Stassi travelling to through Wales in her fully customised campervan, complete with boiler, shower and a double dog den.

Over 20 years, our founders Stephen Ward and Harry Hodgkin have been delivering innovative solutions in the legal sector.

When we first started offering direct access services to the public we were known as Clerksroom Direct. Our mission was, and still is, to deliver access to justice in a fair and accessible way. 

And, after a little brand refresh, we're here as Barrister Connect offering you the same continued quality support and legal provision.
