Abbas has a broad practice covering civil law, housing disrepair, personal injury, immigration, landlord and tenant, road traffic act and criminal law. His practice covers a wide range of advocacy, including appeals, MOJ Stage 3 hearings, fast track trials, small claims, and magistrates’ court proceedings, and he has a strong background in legal drafting, including appeal and judicial review grounds for immigration matters.
Mr Khan has a broad immigration practice covering asylum, human rights claims under Articles 2, 3, and 8 of the ECHR, EEA law, deception cases, deportation, marriages of convenience, Points-Based System (PBS) appeals, and TOEIC-related matters.
He regularly represent clients in the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, handling a wide range of immigration and asylum cases. His background also includes drafting appeal grounds, judicial review grounds, and skeleton arguments.
