Adal regularly represents parents in disputes concerning the living arrangements and contact between parents and children. Adal has represented clients where arrangements have been complex and even in cases where the children and parents travel between countries for contact.
It can often be the case that one parent refuses to return or threatens to abduct the children. Adal has successfully represented parents to obtain prohibited steps orders and in international abduction cases in the High Court to obtain injunctions and orders which have prevented parents from taking children outside of England and Wales.
