Majeks offers extensive experience of employment law and accepts instructions to advise and represent a range of clients including private individuals, commercial enterprises and local authorities. His Respondent clients have included national airlines, schools and universities and local authorities. Majeks can assist with employment law disputes from the very outset, advising on merits, quantum and early settlement. He can draft pleadings and other core documents and can be instructed to represent clients in hearings throughout proceedings from initial preliminary hearings through to contested multi-day final hearings. Majeks has also appeared in the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT) on a number of occasions.
In addition to his Employment Tribunal practice, Majeks also deals with breach of contract claims arising out of employment disputes in the County Court and the High Court.
