Phoebe Whitlock has a distinguished background as a technology Solicitor and Solicitor-Advocate. Her expertise is underpinned by extensive experience advising the world’s largest tech and digital businesses on complex regulatory, data protection, and IP matters. Phoebe also deals with general commercial disputes, employment law and possession proceedings.
Phoebe has been involved with a number of employee and employer disputes while working as a Legal Counsel and accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in this area on a direct access basis.
Phoebe is equally happy to work for both Respondents and Claimants and has been involved with a number of complex HR cases while working in-house. Her experience of employment law extends to: internal disciplinaries (including appeals), unfair and constructive dismissal, discrimination, bullying, harassment and intimidation, unpaid wages, and breach of contract.
