Theo is dually qualified as a barrister and a German Rechtsanwalt, and also practices as a mediator. His in-house roles included senior legal leadership in the petrochemical industry, giving him first-hand experience of how businesses operate and negotiate.

He offers full-service support: drafting, advice, advocacy and mediation. He works across English and German jurisdictions and is comfortable advising on cross-border issues. His combined in-house, commercial and courtroom experience enables him to spot legal risks early and guide clients proactively.
