Abbas has a broad practice covering civil law, housing disrepair, personal injury, immigration, landlord and tenant, road traffic act and criminal law. His practice covers a wide range of advocacy, including appeals, MOJ Stage 3 hearings, fast track trials, small claims, and magistrates’ court proceedings, and he has a strong background in legal drafting.
Civil litigation
Mr Khan has extensive experience in civil litigation, regularly appearing in the County Court on a wide range of matters, including small claims trials, fast track trials, possession hearings, set-aside applications, and interim applications.
He has extensive experience in contractual disputes, debt recovery, as well as Plevin and PCP claims.
