Mr Khan has extensive experience in civil, commercial and employment litigation, regularly appearing in the County Court and Employment Tribunal on a wide range of matters, including small claims trials, fast track trials, possession hearings, set-aside applications, interim applications and a variety of employment law claims. He also has extensive experience in contractual disputes, debt recovery, as well as Plevin and PCP claims.

In employment cases, he represents both employees and employers in claims involving unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination, harassment, victimisation, equal pay, and wage disputes. Abbas gives clear, practical advice and focusing on solutions that work in real terms for his clients. Abbas accepts instructions nationwide to appear before Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal across the UK.
