Background

A people’s champion, Nadeem prides himself on delivering a first-class legal service, offering simple, straightforward advice. He challenges and looks deeper into the evidence until he is absolutely satisfied that he has achieved the best outcome for his clients.

Growing up, Nadeem saw first-hand the impact the law can have on individuals, families and communities. He wanted to be able to help those who had a legal issue to find the best solution. Access to justice and fairness is what motivated him to complete the LLB Law Degree and the Bar vocational course and to qualify as a Barrister and Solicitor Advocate with higher rights of audience in all courts and in all areas. Nadeem is passionate about using his legal expertise to make sure that rights are protected and the rule of law is respected.

Testimonials

"We recently instructed Nadeem Aslam in a family law matter and I am very impressed by his professionalism and determination to get the desired result. I would like to share my experience with you as it may help other legal professionals when they are looking for a reliable counsel.

Nadeem was extremely dedicated to the case. He thinks ‘outside the box’ and finds other ways to grapple with issues and ensures that no stone is left unturned in the hearing prep.

Our client had developed a sudden and complete loss of eyesight, it was very difficult to prepare him for the upcoming trial. Nadeem went the extra mile and conducted in-person conferences to prepare him for the hearing. Nadeem was very personable, easy to work with and was able to put my client at ease who was very nervous due to his disability.

Nadeem is a ‘people’s person’, a counsel which an instructing solicitor could deal with in a relaxed manner. He aims to be as accessible as possible to his instructing solicitor and encourages them to phone him if they have any questions about the case outside any formal instructions. He was able to build a strong partnership between himself and his instructing solicitor which is essential to achieve the best possible outcome for the client. Any instructing solicitor should feel relaxed when instructing him. I am very grateful to him for his hard work on the case."
