Before returning to the Bar, Sarah spent several years in private practice, gaining experience in probate, property and commercial law. That broader background is often advantageous in family work where finances and assets intersect with estates and property law. Her understanding of issues such as cohabitation and proprietary estoppel helps clients secure practical outcomes, make informed decisions and choose an appropriate course of action for the future.
