Boundary Disputes: Assisting clients in resolving disputes over property boundaries, property lines, or disputes with neighbors regarding land ownership and access rights.

Possession Claims: Helping landlords navigate the eviction process and providing representation for tenants facing eviction proceedings or possession claims.

Leasehold and Freehold Disputes: Advising on issues relating to disputes between leaseholders and freeholders, and conflicts over service charges and building management.

Abbas has a broad practice covering civil law, housing disrepair, personal injury, immigration, landlord and tenant, road traffic act and criminal law. His practice covers a wide range of advocacy, including appeals, MOJ Stage 3 hearings, fast track trials, small claims, and magistrates’ court proceedings. Mr Khan has a strong background in legal drafting, including appeal and judicial review grounds for immigration matters.
