In addition to his family finance practice, Ahmed has expertise in dealing with Child Arrangement Order cases, including where fact finding hearings are ordered by the court. He also deals with contested final hearings and applications for non-molestation and occupation orders. In the public law field, Ahmed deals with care proceedings, SGOs and adoption. He is a strong advocate and his submissions are often referred to as robust and incisive.
Direct Access & conducting litigation
Ahmed is authorised to undertake direct access work and to conduct litigation, where he is instructed directly by a member of the public rather than a solicitor.
