Dual-qualified at the English and Nigerian Bar, Chima is a highly experienced barrister with international legal expertise. Chima specialises in employment, family, commercial and public law and has extensive experience representing clients in complex cases in the English High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Employment Appeals Tribunal.

Chima regularly appears at tribunals but he prides himself on a conciliatory approach to employment disputes and the majority of cases that he deals with settle without the need for a hearing.
