He is a highly experienced Barrister who has had the experience of both sides of the profession, has direct access rights and is authorised to conduct litigation. Christopher uses his highly analytical mind, gained from years in the criminal law practice, to provide the best outcome in family law cases.

Christopher specialises in all aspects of family law. He has a wealth of experience in divorce matters, including matrimonial finances and private children’s arrangements. Alongside this, he has conducted work in domestic violence, occupation orders, child name change deeds, parental responsibility, child arrangements orders (including international arrangements), cohabitee rights and has a number of years of experience in dealing with Local Authorities (CAFCASS). He has invaluable experience in dealing with a number of complex and high-value divorce cases, involving trusts, corporation interests and high-value assets, and complex children’s cases. In Public Law proceedings he regularly acts on behalf of parents, grandparents, and guardians.
