Eugene is a former local authority solicitor and was called to the Bar in 2005. He accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in relation to general civil litigation matters.
Prior to embarking on independent practice at the Bar, Eugene worked for years as a local authority solicitor across a variety of areas but with an emphasis on property, housing, licensing and regulatory prosecutions. He has over twenty years' experience under his belt and accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in a number of areas of law.
Civil Litigation
Eugene's busy civil practice sees him instructed to assist with a range of property and commercial disputes, including landlord and tenant, possession and repossession, housing disrepair, leasehold disputes, valuations, debt and money claims, breach of contract, bankrupcy and insolvency, a variety of property and commercial injunctions and public and administrative law (as applied to housing).
