She has worked with some notable clients who have frequently featured in national newspaper and TV reports. In 2019, she assisted a long term leaseholder against a High Street lender for mortgage repossession proceedings which was reported in the Financial Times.

Farah provides a subscription based ‘virtual in-house’ legal advice service for companies. 

Farah is dual-qualified and a member of the Lahore Bar Association. She sits on Reigate and Banstead Borough Council's Independent Remuneration Panel advising the council on councillors' allowances and expenses.

Since 2009, she has been providing free legal advice and representation to homeless and disadvantaged people. In 2018, she was appointed a trustee of a local charity called Renewed Hope. In 2019, she won the Mayor’s Volunteer Award for her voluntary work in the community.
