Fayez's mixed common law practice encompasses commercial disputes, multimillion-pound contractual disputes, including franchise agreements, lease agreements, and disputes between directors and shareholders, as well as personal injury, landlord and tenant matters (both commercial and residential), and employment law.

Fayez has dealt with various applications, including drafting applications and attending hearings, which have included matters such as ex-parte and urgent hearings, freezing injunctions, third-party cost orders, security for costs applications, set-aside and summary judgments, and bankruptcy petitions.

Fayez also has extensive experience in dealing with all family matters, including private law children and financial remedy disputes. Fayez has a busy practice in financial remedy matters, regularly attending complex FDRs and final hearings, where disputes include high-value matrimonial assets (both within and outside the jurisdiction), pensions, and company valuations/shares. Fayez often advises clients on hidden assets and inherited assets.
