Gwynn has extensive experience of commercial litigation. This includes building, employment and entertainment contracts, copyright and patent disputes, sports law and insolvency. He has also represented Claimants and Defendants in a wide range of important civil litigation matters especially chemical poisoning disputes, accidents in factories, hospitals and on oil rigs, and medical negligence actions following surgery.
He was Standing Counsel to the Department of Trade and Industry, for many years, undertaking company and commercial matters on their behalf.
