Harpreet's diet of civil work typically includes complex and high value claims relating to property law and the frequently overlapping areas of chancery and trusts. He is a highly experienced civil litigator and accept instructions to advise and represent clients across a wide range of property disputes including the following areas:

  • Landlord and tenant claims (commercial and residential)
  • Boundary and neighbour disputes
  • Nuisance and harassment
  • Service charge disputes (incl. First Tier Tribunal proceedings)
  • Possession and repossession claims

In addition to contentious cases, he also regularly advises on transactional and commercial issues related to property. Harpreet offers pragmatic advice to his clients where settlement is a possibility but also relishes attending court to deal with contested hearings where he can be relied upon to deploy his robust advocacy skills to very good effect.

Harpreet offers extensive experience of proceedings across a range of issues relating to trusts, wills, probate and inheritance, including cases with an international aspect to them. He also accepts instructions to provide advice and representation across Court of Protection proceedings.
