As a seasoned criminal practitioner, John is particularly well placed to clients with family law cases involving allegations of criminal behaviour (DV, substance abuse etc), including non-molestation order applications and contested fact-findings and final hearings where he puts his experience of criminal advocacy to good effect in cross-examination. John accepts instructions throughout the full length of the family court process, from the provision of initial advice on the merits of clients' applications for contact, through to representation in final hearings and everything in between.
Called to the Bar in 2000.
