Called in 2002, John is an employment law specialist and regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal, the EAT, and all other courts.
John practices in employment and related commercial litigation, principally in director and shareholder disputes and unfair prejudice petitions. The vast majority of his practice is claimant work.

Successfully acted for the Respondent in this equal pay appeal after arguing that the Claimant had not presented her equal pay claim at the Employment Tribunal.
Bellway Homes Ltd v Miller [2010] UKEAT/0309/09/CEA
