Majeks was called to the Bar in 2006, and has a broad common and civil law practice that includes crime and regulatory offences. He travels throughout England and Wales to represent clients in court hearings, and accepts instructions in a number of areas.

Majeks accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in relation to a wide range of criminal proceedings (including motoring offences and criminal charges of a more serious nature). He has a particular focus on white collar and regulatory criminal proceedings, including licensing and defending clients faced with prosecution by local authorities and a range of regulatory bodies.
