Marcia's experience covers preparation for and appearances at Case Management/Preliminary Hearings and Final Hearings (trial) of varying complexity and from single to multi-day hearings. She has conducted preparation for multi-type claims such as whistle-blowing, disability, race, sex discrimination, TUPE and unfair dismissal. Marcia has also appeared in hearings covering complex discrimination and unfair dismissal cases.

Marcia's experience has also entailed drafting advices, defences (ET3s), advising and delivering training to organisations including to HR practitioners on a range of employment issues over the years. She has acted for both respondents and claimants.
