Nicholas (Nic) is a family law barrister of over 20 years' experience. His practice includes contested child arrangements proceedings, public law care proceedings and divorce and financial settlement. Nic is a particularly good choice for child arrangements cases involving allegations of domestic abuse and abuse of other times. He is very well-suited to fact-finding hearings due to the strength of his cross-examination skills, honed through years of practice in the criminal courts.
