Background

Nneka’s background is rooted in over ten years of extensive, hands-on experience working at a multi-disciplinary solicitors' firm as a legal consultant and later as a self-employed court advocate with daily appearances in the County and High Courts.

This practical foundation is complemented by unique insights gained from working with the CPS Homicide Team at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) and representing vulnerable clients as an Independent Mental Capacity Advocate.

This wealth of experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process across a range of areas of law and the pressures on instructing clients. Nneka also runs a domestic abuse charity.

Nneka accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in all areas of criminal law, including private prosecutions. She accepts instructions in the Crown Court, Youth Court and Magistrates Court.
