Rebecca Hodgkin

Rebecca’s practice covers the full spectrum of family and children law. Her work includes:

• Child Arrangement Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders and relocation applications

• Enforcement of orders and breaches

• Parental Responsibility disputes

• Cases involving Local Authority involvement

• Fact-finding hearings (including allegations of domestic violence, sexual abuse, substance abuse)

• Injunctions: non-molestation and occupation orders

She is regularly instructed in complex, protracted, or high-stakes children and protective order proceedings.

Rebecca has a long-standing and busy practice focused on contested child arrangements cases. She is routinely instructed in multi-day fact-finding hearings involving serious allegations, and in final hearings. Her advocacy is robust and well regarded in courts.

Her family law work also includes acting in injunctive proceedings (non-molestation and occupation orders). She offers pragmatic legal advice supported by thorough preparation, and brings calm assertiveness in court representation.
