Saad is an experienced barrister in family law (children and financial settlement), commercial and civil litigation, and crime. He accepts instructions via direct access. Prior to being called to the Bar, Saad was practising as a Solicitor with higher rights of audience, when he had gained extensive experience in the area of Family Law and was the Family Law Supervisor at his practice. He appeared in courts on a regular basis for his clients in in public, private and financial matters.

Where financial settlement proceedings are concerned, Saad has a particular interest and strength in cases involving property and commercial assets, including those held overseas. He is an excellent choice for proceedings where one party in the case is seeking to frustrate the disclosure process. 

Depending on the nature of your requirements and Saad's availability, he can usually provide advice and assistance via telephone, email, video conferencing or of course in the more traditional face to face meeting in one of the meeting rooms at Chambers.

Saad read Law at City University of London and holds a BSc in Banking Practice and Management from The London School of Banking and Finance, and an MSc in Business and Law from The University of Law, London. He is also a member of the Law Society’s accreditation scheme in the area of Family. Prior to law, Saad was an investment banker at a top-tier investment bank in London, dealing with FTSE100 and FTSE250 clients across the EMEA region.
