Insolvency and Bankruptcy

Sarah’s insolvency practice encompasses a wide range of litigation including petitions for bankruptcy and winding up petitions in both the County Court and the High Court. She also deals with statutory demands and applications to set such demands aside. Sarah accepts instructions to deal with cases in this field from both personal and commercial clients.

Commercial Dispute Resolution

Sarah has vast levels of experience in this area and is happy to act in any contractual disputes arising at small claims and fast track level from simple debt collection through to misrepresentation. This can range from the sale of goods such as vehicles, all the way to high-end disputes between companies.

Costs

Sarah has a great deal of experience representing Claimants and Defendants at costs and case management hearings. Sarah is often attending detailed costs assessments nationally and appears at the Senior Courts Costs Office (SCCO).
