Sarah specialises in civil and property litigation. She is a skilled and approachable advocate known for her good judgment and getting to grips with core issues quickly. Sarah has been instructed to represent clients at over 5,000 litigation hearings in her practice to date.
Property
Sarah’s busy civil practice includes housing, landlord and tenant, mortgage related hearings and disputes relating to land.
She accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in relation to cases involving rent-arrears, disrepair, nuisance, eviction, possession, repossession and breach of contract, and is routinely instructed on such proceedings in the County Court and High Court.
Sarah also advises and represents clients in relation to a variety of building and construction disputes.
