She accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in relation to cases involving rent-arrears, disrepair, nuisance, boundary disputes, eviction, possession, repossession and breach of contract, and is routinely instructed on such proceedings in the County Court and High Court.

Sarah also advises and represents clients in relation to a variety of building and construction disputes.
